I think the lawsuit could easily be dropped by the new chairman. Maybe there would still be issues to look at with Ripple, but as far as the XRP token goes we could/should see fair, accurate judgement coming from someone who understands this industry and is friendly to it. Praying it happens

So, what happens to our Spark tokens if it turns out that XRP is declared to be a security by the court and gets delisted from all of these exchanges? Won’t that imply that the Spark tokens we have not yet received will be considered a security and be delisted too; thus, ensuring that the courts, the SEC and the exchanges will essentially have conspired to screw us XRP investors out of all those Spark tokens that rightfully belong to us? Because, if that happens, I am pretty certain that is going to royally piss off a lot of XRP holders if their Spark tokens are simply left in limbo and not retrievable. I think we should be contacting our crypto-exchanges and asking how they plan on handling this added complication, because I don’t hear anyone presently talking specifics about how they plan on dealing with this particular problem.

I found this post from 9 years ago on reddit, when bitcoin crashed from $31 to $23 and people were getting stressed. Well, time did make a whole difference in the market charts, but the stress remained. Both institutions and high-net-worth investors are starting to acknowledge Bitcoin as a store of value and as a treasury asset. Happy to be a partaker of such a change in the world of crypto, I know some hodlers are happy at the moment due to the recent rise, although you aren't supposed to be emotionally entangled with the market charts.
