Keep your headlines fair and factual, this is borderline bearish/harmful to how people view the industry who may be new to studying blockchain. There are plenty of other attn commanding headlines that don't infer the industry at large is pushing SEC boundaries. I.e. "Why #3 world ranked cryptocurrency is an SEC legal target…" Laser specificity.
The statute of limitations & statute of repose are set out in Sec 13 of the Securities Act of 1933, which provides that all claims under the Act must be brought within 1 year of the discovery of the violation or within 3 years after the security was first offered to the public.
Xrp could’ve settle out of court. But they wanted to take it to trial dumb asses.

Man I believe this is a xrp harvesting event. How do we find out if xrp reserves or executives holding we dumped on the market? Because I believe (myself no proof) but ripple periodically when price goes up they dump reserves and at its lowest point possible buy back. Essentially harvesting money . Using us as a money tree.

Exactly 3 years ago so many people lost their shirts taking out loans, maxing out their credit cards so they could get exposure to crypto/bitcoin. It then crashed (like it always does, nothing new) so then most sold on the way down and lost a lot. So I congratulate everyone here who is reading this and managed to hold on until now, your patience has been rewarded, but now is the time to take a different approach as the drop of Crypto/BTC is imminent. As proven trad!ng Crypto/BTC is way more lucrative and is quite logical if you just study the charts, the support reslstance and Observe what's going on. I’m not a pro tradr but I was lucky enough to make 25BTC since late last year following the instriuctions and s!gnals from James Barrera of CryptoTribesMen. He runs program for investors/newbies who lack understanding on how trad!ng Bitcoin works, to help them utilise the volatility of the crypto mar:ket and also stack up more Crypto. It is impossible to call bitcoin a security – the devs don't "give" themselves any – it can only be mined. But Newcoin(2012)/Opencoin(2012)/RippleLabs(2013), which is the same company, WAS DEFINITELY used to fund Ripple Labs (as a security!!!) when they released the "Ripple Credits" in 2013. But they DID keep 80% of the tokens for themselves, which now fund the operations of Ripple Labs, despite themselves created it out of nothing. It was always ridiculous.

Hey mate, have a look at Kin . They recently settled with SEC and now are just one of very few crypto's to be declared a currency not a security. Very undervalued due to 3 year battle in court with SEC. A very good crypto to get into now. Only one right now not only holding its value but still climbing.
Kin also just migrated to the Solana blockchain. First to undertake such a big step. All went well.

We need to separate Ripple, XRP and Brad Garlinghouse. There may be a method to spin off the current situation if the XRP community first demands Brad Garlinghouse step down immediately. He was not helping the price and this is not debatable. Ripple could be a target for acquisition which would be positive for the asset. Possibly for example a strong player in social media could acquire and rebrand Ripple. Stripe was a contender some years ago to buy Ripple. Price then would logically pare with the new custodian if Ripple was acquired .
We need leaders in the community to immediately push change. Just saying everything is going to be ok is not a strategy.
