What is Litecoin? – LTC Beginners Guide
Litecoin was created by Charlie Lee, a former Google employee, in 2011. It was designed to be a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency and draws on a number of foundational similarities to Bitcoin, although Lee’s intention was to solve some of its perceived issues like transaction times, fees and concentrated mining pools.
