Being in tech helps understand what ADA future holds, so happy to HODL ADA for long term. BTC, ETH, and DOT copying some of the ADA whitepapers have no long term hope for such. Envisage if we confirm a bear market in summer ADA will even decouple from BTC with its upcoming releases.
Many important other points you missed with the eth ADA comparison, hydra is self repairable after a 51% attack, iele code can reason, in other words think for its self. Completely innovate governance and administrative systems. In other words, real world applications. Who here actually uses eth in every day real life, NO ONE. Who will utilise Cardano in every day real life, EVERYONE!.
